This land grant, dated March 10, 1807, has been signed by not one, but two founding fathers - President Thomas Jefferson and his Secretary of State (and, then, future President to be), James Madison. Dual-signed documents by these two are rare! The document is in overall fine condition with two intersecting creases and some foxing and toning. The Presidential seal remains intact and in fantastic condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication.
