Each card has been graded or assessed by PSA or SGC. Presented is a 20-card complete set of E90-3 American Caramels from 1910 featuring twenty Chicago subjects depicting eleven members of the Chicago Cubs and nine members of the White Sox. In addition to their important E90-1 production of 120 cards, the American Caramel Co. also produced two smaller sets; the E90-2 issue featuring the Pittsburgh Pirates and the decidedly more difficult E90-3 series which is offered here. Though the style and size of these cards are similar to the E90-1 assembly, the look of the artwork is very different. In addition, the backs note that they were produced in Chicago rather than Philadelphia. Highlighting this gallery are the three members of the Chicago Cubs' famous double-play combo ("Tinker-to-Evers-to-Chance") and even the squad's Hall of Fame pitcher, Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown. Across town, on the other Chicago squad, is the key rarity to this assembly—and ringleader of those involved in the 1919 Black Sox–Chick Gandil! Includes: Graded PSA GD 2: 1 card, Chance; SGC 30 GD 2: 3 cards w/Overall, Purtell and Zeider; SGC 20 FR 1.5: 1 card, Sheckard; SGC 10 PR 1: 12 cards w/Blackburne, Cole, Dougherty, Evers, Gandil, Hahn, Payne, Schulte, Smith, Steinfeldt, Tinker and Walsh; SGC Authentic: 3 cards w/Archer, Brown and Hofman.
