Very seldom does a single collectible manage to capture and translate such a palpable sense of the game, its time and its players. This card's ability to do so doubtless rests in the notion that other items enjoy only two dimensions of expression where the Triple Folders are allowed six distinct surfaces. Every one of these has been employed here to the fullest. Together, three illustrations, with just the right amount of descriptive prose on the reverse side, enable an onlooker to experience the art of the game in memorable fashion. Here, we see the essence of drama in a central image, flanked by portraits of two participants. Perfectly enhanced by colorful backgrounds, the men's faces and the black-and-white centerpiece constitute a magical presentation. Unfolded for the world to admire, with its tapestry held fast, this Triple Folder is at home in PSA's encasement. Its sharp corners accent the sight of bright white borders that define the trio of obverse images. Together with vividly printed cardback text, the viewer's overall impression is the one felt upon seeing a unique heirloom.
