Eddie Collins was at the tail end of his career when he was swinging this Louisville Slugger. Collins was the star at the center of baseball’s greatest dynasty - the 1910-1914 Philadelphia A’s. Along the way he re-defined how the position of second base was played and helped the White Sox win two pennants and a World Championship. The Hillerich & Bradsby shows heavy use with a handle crack secured with four vintage screws. The barrel has many ball marks with stitch impressions along with cleat imprints throughout. An incredible piece of baseball history used by one of the greatest ballplayers to have ever played the game and this bat comes with a full LOA from MEARS (302455) for the game use, with a grade of A4.
