Graded GD 2 by PSA, one of barely a dozen copies validated by that company at any level. Hall of Famer. Uncertainty surrounds the exact circumstances through which the 60-card series designated W502 (in the definitive American Card Catalog) was conceived and distributed. Printed copy on the reverse sides of the 1-3/8" x 2-1/2", black-and-white collectibles suggest that they were produced as part of a board game, and other speculation holds that they were redeemable for prizes. This specimen of its mysterious type projects an impressive Cobb depiction and concedes inoffensive evidence of past handling. Good condition.
