The host nation, winners of the past two Olympic gold medals in soccer, destroyed neighboring Argentina in the final match by a decisive 4-2 scoreline. This circular press badge is green, with a brass-colored outer circle. “PRENSA” is printed in the green interior of the badge, while “Campeonato Mvndial de Football 1930” is etched around the border of the press badge. The badge was minted by Stefano Johnson in Italy. This stunning historical item measures approximately one inch in diameter.
