Additional signatures include Frank Crosetti, Ben Chapman, Dixie Walker, Wilcy Moore, Johnny Allen, Sam Byrd, Charlie Devens, Eddie "Doc" Farrell, Lyn Lary, Danny MacFayden, George Uhle and Russ Van Atta.
