Cuccinello, an All-Star the previous season, had a career year in 1934, setting new personal marks in home runs (14) and RBI (94) for Casey Stengel’s Dodgers. Cuccinello signed with the Dodgers for $6,750 for the 1934 season, and he would play one more season for Brooklyn before joining the Boston Bees. This offered contract has been signed by Cuccinello in black pen. Additional signatures include the Dodgers President Stephen McKeever and National League President John Heydler.
