Graded VG 3 by PSA. Hall of Famer. Lou Gehrig had a monster campaign in 1934. His .363 batting average, 49 home runs and 165 RBI's earned him a Triple Crown. One of two pieces in the 1934 Goudey set to feature the Iron Horse, this one portrays him in a batting pose. The offered card—which boasts superb color in its likeness of the fabled Yankee—acknowledges meaningful hints of past handling confined primarily upper right corner-area.
