One of two different R103 Novelty Gum "Action Pictures" Franklin D. Roosevelt premium cards offered in this card. This rare 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" gold-colored premium is printed on thick cardboard. Both sides have a portrait image of the thirty-second President of the United States; the front's image is a foil surface, the back urges the collector to view the card with the cellophane screen, which, along with this card, could be obtained for ten coupons from the wrappers. Only a few of these examples exist in our hobby. Grades VG/EX.
