Presented is an autograph book from the years 1938 and 1939 with 101 signatures of figures from Major League Baseball history, including Hall of Famers and All-Stars. Among the key National Baseball Hall of Famers who have signed their names in this book are Gabby Hartnett; Hank Greenberg; Carl Hubbell; Mel Ott; Connie Mack; Lloyd Waner; Ted Williams; Casey Stengle; Eddie Collins; Chuck Klein; and Bill Dickey.

Other notable figures from baseball in the 1930s include: Roger “Doc” Cramer; George “Bird” Tibbetts; Charles Gehringer; Ben Chapman; Joe Medwick; Luke Appling; Lefty Grove; Joe Cronin; Vince DiMaggio; Johnny Mize; Al Lopez; Red Ruffing; ToM Heinrich; Joe McCarthy Bob Feller Johnny Vander Meer; Leo Durocher; and Tom Yawkey. They have signed on cut cards and notes pasted into the 4½ x 6-inch, 96-page scrapbook with a black leatherette cover and black ribbon binding.  The legend “Autographs” is embossed in gold on the front cover.  There is an 8x10-inch loose-leaf white sheet of lined paper folded in quarters in the book, listing the American League personnel who sent autographs on one side, the National League on the reverse.
