Buddy Rosar spent the first four seasons of his career with the New York Yankees before being traded to the Cleveland Indians. Rosar appeared in 252 games in those four seasons with the Yankees where he had a solid .273 batting average backing up Bill Dickey. Rosar was apart of two World Series winning steams. Rosar wore this offered New York Yankees’ cap during his tenure with the club. This cap was made by Spalding and displays outstanding game use with a chip on the right side of the brim and other signs of wear. The Yankees interlocking “NY” is embroidered on the front, which displays toning and has abrasion marks. The inside of the cap has a leather sweat band that is chipping all around and has loose string towards the front. The Spalding tag is sewn on the back and “W. Rosar” is embroidered on the leather band in green. This cap comes with a LOA from MEARS for the game use.
