Offered here is a sealed and graded copy of "Superman" #1 published by D.C. Comics during the summer of 1939 and graded 3.0 with "Cream to Off-White Pages" by CGC. Jerry Siegel wrote the story, and Joe Shuster did the iconic cover and inside illustrations. The story lays out the origin of Superman and features a Superman pin-up on the back cover. Easily one of the most desirable & vibrant issues in such an unrestored state. A holy grail in the hobby in any unrestored state. According to CGC's census report, only 22 copies have achieved a higher grade, making this historic issue with the grade of 3.0 all the more desirable and rare. Widely considered a top 5 book in the hobby - don't miss this rare chance to take home The Man of Steel in Good/Very Good condition.
