Presented is a key entry from the first of two baseball-themed "strip card" issues produced by the novelty/carnival supply firm of Michael Pressner and Co. (M.P. & Co.). Although the player illustrations in this wartime production are hardly true-to-life, the design of this career-contemporary DiMaggio collectible resonates with a pleasingly nostalgic charm. An essentially uncirculated, barely touched item, in minimally Near Mint condition.
