Presented here is an envelope signed by the 34th President of the United States of America, Dwight Eisenhower. This envelope was sent to his wife, Mamie Eisenhower, and was stamped as arriving in Washington D.C. on September 12th, 1945. At this time Eisenhower was the Governor of the American Zone of Occupied Germany. Eisenhower signed the front of the envelope in bold black pen. This item comes with a LOA from University Archives.
