Among more than 1,400 copies recorded in PSA’s census reporting, fewer than seventy-five examples have been placed at a higher, unqualified tier. Bowman's debut-year collectible of "Stan the Man" was produced during one of Musial's "career" years. He led the league in batting with a .376 average, and produced 131 RBI while slugging 46 home runs (just two short of achieving the Triple Crown). The offered card of the young star projects a lightly circulated appearance, conceding mild wear at the corners. Near Mint condition, qualified as noted.
