This comic book features a beautiful color illustration of Jackie Robinson on the cover, with the Hall of Fame second baseman smiling over a brilliant yellow background. Red and black Japanese lettering is above him, giving the comic book a wonderful aesthetic. The inside pages are filled with vibrant comics, written in Japanese, about baseball and other sports.

     The back cover features a full-body portrait of Robinson in swinging a bat. He is dressed in his Dodger whites, although the “Dodgers” script on the front is written in red text, rather than blue. A facsimile of his signature, featuring the inscription “To all my fans/Sincerely/Jackie Robinson” is also placed on the back cover. This comic book is in excellent condition, with only a small rip on the bottom of the back cover.
