Presented here is a vintage one-sheet movie poster from the 1950 movie serial Atom Man vs Superman. Today, Atom Man is better known to comics fans by his given name, Lex Luthor. This 15-part serial starred Kirk Alyn as Clark Kent, Lyle Talbot as Luthor, and Noel Neill as Lois Lane. This was the second live-action appearance for the Man of Steel after a 1948 serial, also starring Alyn. The offered movie poster is for chapter one of the serial, titled “Superman Flies Again”. It measures approximately 27 x 41 inches, and has been signed by Alyn in black pen. He inscribed “Best Wishes ‘Superman’” above his signature. This item has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
