Presented is a scarce and seldomly-offered 10-card complete set of D4 General Baking "Warships" non-sports cards issued in the 1950s. These approximately 5-9/16" x 1-7/8", blank-backed cards were issued on the West coast in the 1950s. They were used as baking inserts for mini-donuts which were packed six to a package. Printed on medium weight gray card stock, most are typically found creased. The attractive array includes: #'s B1 Battleship, B2 Aircraft Carrier, B3 Cruiser, B4 Destroyer, B5 Submarine, B6 P.T. Boat, B7 Minesweeper, B8 Sub Chaser, B9 Transport and B10 Destroyer Escort. Generally VG to EX obverse presentation quality (few lesser due to wrinkling/creasing).
