The piece boasts an undeniable "brand-new" appearance, and is a simply magnificent keepsake of a man who, long after his passing, continues to enjoy strong support for Hall of Fame enshrinement. An exceptionally strong, painted image with perfect registration, as well as superb and uninterrupted original gloss, highlight the card's appearance. Hodges' portrayal is framed by exquisite snow-white borders that are tipped at every aspect by faultless corners. The reverse is the perfect complement to the front, with admirably bold printing.
