Graded NM 7 by PSA. A scarcer "High Number" 1952 Topps entry. Among more than 360 copies recorded in PSA's census reporting, just thirty-eight examples have been placed at a higher, unqualified tier. Although active with the Pirates just long enough to grace this popular gum card, Bartirome eventually strengthened his Pittsburgh ties through years of service as the club's trainer. An exceptionally well-preserved collectible, in Near Mint condition.
