Graded VG 3 by PSA. This elusive card inspires memories among an earlier generation of hobby show attendees, which saw every "fresh" find of '52 Topps cards immediately scrutinized for Page and Sain variations. Joe Page's portrait dominates the front of this example, but, of course, the reverse of the card is the aspect that really makes the piece special. Teammate Johnny Sain's biography paragraph is crisply printed on this Black Back example, right there beneath Joe's personal statistics. This is a respectfully handled, uniformly circulated specimen of a perennially coveted – and truly scarce – variation. Clean Very Good condition.
