Former Cleveland Indians infielder Al “Flip” Rosen had his best offensive season with the Tribe in 1953. Rosen led the American League in several offensive categories, including home runs (43), RBI (145), runs scored (115), slugging percentage (.613) and OPS (1.034). Rosen’s offensive outburst earned him the American League MVP.

This offered Hillerich & Bradsby 16 model bat was made game-ready for Rosen during his MVP 1953 season. This bat displays minimal use and is un-cracked. There are handling marks from general wear but no visible ball marks and the model number “016” is stamped on the knob. A wonderful bat from the 1953 American League MVP and it comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (G55539) for the game use and has been graded a GU 5.
