After a hard-fought seven-game World Series loss to the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1955 World Series, the New York Yankees embarked on a Tour of Japan. The trip was sponsored by the Mainichi Newspapers Co., Ltd and the Yankees were greeted by throngs of Japanese fans as conquering heroes. The Yankees would then conquer their Japanese opponents to the tune of a 15-0-1 record, the only such Major League team to go undefeated on a Japanese tour.

Offered here is a multi-signed menu from Pan-Am Airlines when the Yankees took flight from San Francisco to Honolulu, HI. 70 members of the Yankees have signed this custom menu that features the Yankees’ logo on the front “Aloha Nui Ka Kou!”, “New York Yankees” in print and a “A great big Aloha and Welcome!” message at the bottom. Signatures on this multi-page menu include Hall of Famers Yogi Berra, Casey Stengel, Bill Dickey, Ford Frick, Whitey Ford and Mickey Mantle. Other notable signatures include Billy Martin, Elston Howard, Don Larsen, Hank Bauer, Gil McDougald, Bill Skowron and numerous others. The signatures have been penned in green or blue ink and displays nicely on the slightly toned pages. There is a brown ribbon on the outside of the fold. The pages are in good condition with only small stains and slight corner and edge wear being shown. This multi-signed menu comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (I90740).
