Even the hard to please Boston fans found it hard to overlook Yogi Berra’s immense talent both behind and in front of the plate. Case-in-point, this award from the Boston B’nai B’rith. The silver plated award measures 11 ¾ inches in diameter and ¾ inches in depth and reads “Boston Sports Lodge B’nai B’rith Fifth Annual Sports Dinner Sheraton Plaza Hotel May 28, 1957 to Yogi Berra for High Principle and Achievement in Sports”. The plate shows slight wear from age with a few light scuffs, but displays beautifully. The plate comes with a full LOA from Steiner for its Yogi Berra Estate provenance.
