The third ticket, from June 17th, 1959, covers a doubleheader sweep by the Dodgers over the Milwaukee Braves at the Coliseum. The fourth ticket is from Jun 22nd of the 1959 season, with Koufax leading the Dodgers to a 6-2 home victory over the Phillies.
