Hall of Famer Hank Aaron career spanned 23 seasons, mostly with the Braves’ organization in Milwaukee and Atlanta. Aaron, of course, was the all-time leader in home runs when he retired from baseball following the 1976 season with 755. The home run king’s three seasons from 1961-1963 with the Milwaukee Braves were some of the best of his stellar career. In those three seasons, Aaron averaged 41 home runs, 126 RBI and maintained a solid .323 batting average. Aaron belted a career-high 45 home runs in 1962 and a National League leading 44 in 1963.

This offered Adirondack 63A model bat was used by “Hammerin” Hank during the 1961-63 labeling period. This bat displays excellent use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and cleat imprints present throughout the barrel. The model number “63A” is stamped to the knob and Aaron’s number “44” is hand written in now faded black marker on the knob. This is a tremendous opportunity to own an early-career Hank Aaron game used bat, and it dates from three MVP-caliber seasons! This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15208) as has been graded a solid GU 8.5.
