Taylor was a lifelong supporter of Civil Rights, whose political career lasted well into the 2000’s. Johnson signed the bottom of this document in slightly faded black pen. Secretary of State Dean Rusk also signed this document in black pen. This item measures 23x20 inches and comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (Z05307).
