Graded VG 3 by BVG. Hall of Famer, in his Rookie Card appearance. Bobby Orr's first gum card collectible is extremely scarce and desirable, and it's among the most widely sought-after of all hockey cards from any era. Following the launch of this prized memento, Orr went on to become, without question, the greatest defenseman in the history of hockey. General evidence of handling can be observed at the edges of this still-attractive Orr example, and a spot of layering can be seen at the bottom-right corner. A small area of residual toning from clear adhesive is barely visible at the top edge on the reverse side, with no impairment to the piece's legibility. Very Good condition.
