Presented is an unusual football-shaped program with 11 signatures of 11 football notables, including Vince Lombardi and Beattie Feathers. The 10 x 17-inch white paper program booklet has a photo reproduction, printed in brown, of an official National Football League ball on the front cover. The ivory paper back cover has the signature of legendary Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi in the center in blue pen. Another notable signature on the back cover is from NFL 1930s All-Decade Team halfback Beattie Feathers, who has inscribed “For my favorite person, best wishes, Beattie Feathers” in black pen below Lombardi’s signature. Other signatures include J. D. Smith, Joe Perry, Tony Canadeo and Jim Taylor. The four interior pages are the program for “The National 1000 Yard Club Foundation, Inc. The Third Annual Enshrinement and Awards Dinner,” June 7, 1966 in Menasha, Wisconsin. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
