Presented is a 10 x 16 inch wood-base plaque that was given to Hall of Famer Dave Bing by the Syracuse University Detroit Alumni Chapter. The plaque has a raised laurel wreath surrounding a basketball player getting ready to shoot. This plaque also has a 5 x 8 ½ inch gold plate on the bottom that reads “PRESENTED TO DAVE BING ’66 IN APPRECIATION OF YOUR EXEMPLARY REPRESENTATION OF YOUR ALMA MATER BOTH ON AND OFF THE COURT FEB. 24, 1967”.
