Presented here is a menu for the luxurious Fontainebleau’s special Mardi Gras celebration signed by Frank Sinatra. A frequent guest at the hotel, Sinatra’s 1959 movie A Hole in the Head was partially filmed at the Fontainebleau. Sinatra has signed the cover of this menu, which is in fair condition, in blue pen.
