Mickey Mantle hit his 536th and final career home run on September 20th, 1968 against the Boston Red Sox at Yankee Stadium. Mantle finished this game, a 4-3 Boston victory, 2-4 with a solo home run and a double, both off Red Sox starter Jim Lonborg. The homer was Mantle’s 18th of the season, and the RBI was the 1,509th and final of his career. Offered in this lot is a ticket stub to the September 20th Red Sox-Yankees game.
