A 22-year-old backstop by the name of Thurman Munson batted .363 for the '69 Chiefs, while 28-year-old reliever Thad Tillotson was an ace on the mound, racking up 10 wins and 14 saves. Tillotson had previously appeared in 50 games for the Yankees in 1967-68...but alas never made it back to the bigs. His Balfour 10K-gold, size 11 ring features an elegant "GOVERNOR'S CUP" face design crowned by an 8-point diamond. NM except for some isolated age wear in the lower recesses of one shank. Accompanied by a Balfour box and 2004 purchase LOA.
