Featured is a photograph depicting the legendary British Rock band The Beatles. Arguably one of the biggest bands of all time, The Beatles catapulted to superstardom in the 1960’s and became world renowned. “Beatlemania” would become the term used to describe the worldwide mass appeal of The Beatles and they would go on to be among the best selling artists of all time, and enjoyed success until their break up in 1970.
This picture depicts all four members on set of a performance. This picture is colored and has a vintage feel to it. All four Beatle members can be seen staring towards their right, as if something had grabbed their attention. On the bottom of the picture is a check signed Richard Starkey (Ringo Starr) and inscribed “Ninehundred and thirty eight Pounds 85”, using the National Westminster Bank. It is dated July 26, 1971. This whole piece is both matted and framed and stands 42 x 35 ½ inches. Included with this piece is a LOA by Frank Caiazzo.
