Graded 8.0 with “Off-White to White Pages” by CGC. There was a time when Marvel had nearly given up on the X-Men, but they came roaring back in a big way in “Giant-Size X-Men” #1, published in 1975, with a story that had Professor X send Cyclops with a whole new team to rescue his original teammates. The result was the first appearance of names every comic book fan knows today: Storm, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Thunderbird, all joined by Wolverine. Not surprisingly, this issue has been a mainstay for collectors over the years, especially when it carries a higher grade like this example.
