This poster is from Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier’s third and final meeting, The “Thrilla in Manila”. It advertises a live telecast of the fight at a theater in New Jersey, as the two heavyweights were meeting some 8,400 miles away in Manila. Ali claimed victory in this fight, his second over Frazier, after a brutal 14-round slugfest that left both fighters battered, bruised, and demoralized.
This poster has been signed by both fighters, Ali and Frazier, in black marker. The poster comes in a 20x22 inch frame. This item comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
