Reggie Jackson wore this jersey during his final season with the Oakland A’s. Coming up with the team when they were located in Kansas City in 1967, Jackson enjoyed a decade-long association with Charlie Finley’s A’s, during which he helped the club win three consecutive World Championships. In his last season with the team, 1975, Jackson led the league with 36 home runs, the second highest total he had hit up to that time. Jackson ended the 1975 season as one of the most sought-after free agents in recent memory, and he left the A’s for a $200,000 Baltimore paycheck.

Reggie’s 1975 pullover green knit road jersey has the A’s logo on the left chest in gold and white tackle twill. The sleeves are trimmed with gold and green ribbing and the neck with gold and white ribbing. A McAuliffe label is sewn in the lower left front tail with added “1975”, “42” and cleaning labels adjacent. The back has “JACKSON” across the shoulders in individual white tackle twill letters sewn directly to the jersey and his number “9” in gold and white. The Hall of Famer has signed the “A” on the front of the jersey in fine blue marker. The jersey displays light to moderate game use with light puckering to the tackle twill letters. This jersey comes with LOA from MEARS for the game use and has been graded a solid A8. There is also a LOA from JSA for Jackson’s signature.
