The grand prize in Baseball, the World Series Championship. This 12” miniature World Series trophy was given to team and staff members of the back to back World Champion Reds. Bearing the name of veteran scout Larry D’Amato, this was once his personal trophy. Excellent condition with 26 ML team pennants surrounding the crown and baseball motif. In front are the NY Yankees and Cincinnati Reds World Series pins. Brass band around the black podium reads, “World Series Champions, Cincinnati Reds, 1976 - Larry D’Amato.” Comes With LOA from Larry D'Amato confirming this is the trophy that was presented to him by the Reds. When D'Amato originally consigned his trophy it had incorrect press pins. We have replaced them with the correct 1976 World Series Pins.
