Former Major League player and manager Bud Harrelson used this Hillerich & Bradsby K55 model bat during the 1977-79 seasons, one of which was with the Mets and two with the Philadelphia Phillies. This bat displays moderate use and is un-cracked. There is checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel and Harrelson’s number “3” is hand written in black marker on the knob. Harrelson signed his name in black marker on the barrel, inscribing “3” and “ ’69 W.S. CHAMPS”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14897) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8.5 and a COA from Beckett Authentication Services (F06034) for the signature.
