This Hillerich & Bradsby T85 model bat dates to the early part of George Brett’s Hall of Fame career when he was just beginning to amass the 3,154 hits that would make him the greatest third baseman of all-time. Brett’s 1977-79 gamer shows good use. There are several ball marks on the barrel along with ink transfers and bat rack paint streaks. The handle has a light coat of pine tar and the knob has been marked “GB5” in black marker. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in black marker, completing this impressive Brett gamer. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B11660) for the game use and a COA from PSA/DNA (AA22049) for the signature.
