Former Major League outfielder Omar Moreno played for 12 seasons and five different teams throughout his career. Moreno spent the majority of his career in Pittsburgh (1975-1982), where he led the National League in stolen bases in 1978 and 1979 and was on the 1979 World Series champion team.
This Hillerich & Bradsby R161 model bat was used by Moreno and displays excellent use. The bat has a crack on the handle and was used by Moreno during the 1977-1979 seasons. Moreno’s number “18” has been hand written in black marker on the knob and the ash bat with a Walker finish has been taped heavily on the handle in white tape. A great chance to pick up a tough bat from the 1979 "We Are Family" popular World Series Champs team. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10405).
