The Venezuelan League is a professional baseball league based in Venezuela. This league – in Spanish known as Liga Venezolana de Beisbol Profesional (LVBP) – was founded in 1945. With its proud and rich tradition, the league’s champion represents the nation in the Caribbean Series, which it has won seven times (last in 2009). Presented here is a sterling silver Venezuela Baseball All-Star Ring presented to Sam Ayoub for his participation the 1977 All-Star Game.
