George Gervin was one of the basketball’s most dominant scorers of the 1970s and 1980s. A star in both the NBA and ABA, Gervin is most well-known for his time with the San Antonio Spurs. “The Iceman” led the NBA in scoring four times, and was enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in 1996.
This plaque was awarded to Gervin in 1977 in recognition of his All-Star nomination. Gervin made 12 All-Star teams over the course of his professional career. In 1977 Gervin average 23 points per game and appeared in all 82 of the Spurs contests that season. This plaque measures 9 ½ by 7 ½ inches. This item comes with a Gervin LOA.
