There’s good reason Wayne Gretzky is called “The Great One.” The Canadian native played for four different teams during his 20-year career, and became the NHL’s all-time leading goal scorer, assist producer, and point scorer. He’s the only player to achieve more than 200 points in one season, which he did four times! At the time of his retirement, Gretzky owned 61 NHL records. He was also immediately inducted in the Hockey Hall of Fame, no mandatory waiting period was needed for the greatest hockey player.

Among more than 7,600 copies recorded in PSA's census reporting, only 1% have received this grading tier — and just two examples have been placed at a higher tier.
