At the age of 40, Lou Brock spent 1979 putting the icing on his Hall of Fame career – by becoming a member of the exclusive 3,000 Career Hit Club. Brock remained a dangerous hitter right up until the day he retired, posting a .304 average that last year. The Hall of Famer’s Hillerich & Bradsby M110 model bat shows moderate use with some ball marks on the barrel. There is checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the back barrel. The handle has five rings of adhesive tape added to enhance the grip. To complete this tremendous gamer, Lou Brock has signed the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13718) for the game use and has been graded a solid GU 8. There is also a LOA from PSA/DNA for signature.
