Former Baltimore Orioles rightfielder Ken Singleton was a key player during the Orioles late 1970s and early 1980s great teams. Singleton appeared in two World Series with the O’s, winning it in 1983 against the Philadelphia Phillies and losing in seven games to the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1979. During the model years that Singleton used this Louisville Slugger D113 bat (1980-83), the lefty hit a combined .278 with 51 home runs and 314 RBI. This bat displays outstanding use, is un-cracked and has a small chip missing on the knob end. There are numerous ball marks and stitch impressions on all sides of the barrel, along with blue and green bat rat streaks. There is also a light coating of pine tar on the handle. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15192), which has graded this bat a near-perfect GU 9.
