For his multitude of accomplishments in the 1980 season, including a National League-leading 48 home runs and 121 RBI, a .624 slugging percentage and a whopping 1.004 OPS, Mike Schmidt received the first of two consecutive National League MVP awards in 1980. This Adirondack 256A model bat was used by Schmidt during that fantastic summer and helped the Phillies slug their way to the franchise’s first ever World Series victory. This bat displays outstanding use with a slight handle crack. A great gamer from one of the most spectacular seasons ever recorded by a Philadelphia Phillies player and this bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B10880) for the game use, with a grade of GU 9.5.
