By winning Super Bowl XIV, the Pittsburgh Steelers became the first NFL franchise to win four Super Bowls. Led by the fearsome Steel Curtain defense, the Steelers defeated the Los Angeles Rams by a score of 31-19. Terry Bradshaw claimed his second Super Bowl MVP trophy that night at the Rose bowl, throwing for 309 yards and two touchdowns. The Steelers scored the last 14 points of the game and ended up cruising to a 12-point victory.
