The Dodgers, behind a strong first half, clinched one of the National League West Division spots in the playoffs, defeating the Houston Astros, Montreal Expos, and New York Yankees to win the World Series. Led by Cy Young and Rookie of the Year Award winner Fernando Valenzuela, this Dodger team is one of the greatest in Los Angeles history.
This numberless Dodger jersey has been signed by 22 members of the 1981 Dodgers, including Hall of Fame manager Tommy Lasorda.
